¡Hola a todos! Es bueno estar de vuelta después de un tiempo en el que dejé lo Gameplays a un lado pero ya es hora de compartir algo para todos ustedes. El último Gameplay que realicé fue uno de una serie que llamé Gameplay-Predictions en el que simulaba juegos del mundial y por supuesto el Francia-Argentina fue la cereza del pastel, ¿Qué sucedió allí?, pues yo al igual que en la final de la vida real llegué a los penaltis pero mi resultado si fue diferente, en el Gameplay ganó Francia después de un largo 0 a 0 que me mantuvo con los nervios de punta; por fortuna, no fue lo que sucedió realmente.

Ahora bien, lo que nos cita aquí y ahora es un juego exquisito que de seguro conoces, Crazy Taxi de Sega Dreamcast es de esos títulos que nos divertían con locura y es que hay que reconocer que para esa época solo Grand Theft Auto nos ofrecía aventuras con autos al aire libre pero Crazy Taxi no fue tan lejos con la violencia y solo puso los focos en la conducción a placer, debemos reconocer que ser un taxista que va a contra tiempo y contra todo tipo de obstáculos era muy atractivo y "sano", bueno, por lo menos lo era mas que Grand Theft Auto.

Fue en el año 2000 que este juego salió a la luz de la mano de Hitmaker y las primeras impresiones después de jugarlo luego de muchos años es que los gráficos están muy buenos, la verdad esperaba algo un poco mas pixelado pero fue una grata sorpresa jugar un jugo muy nítido con colores muy intensos, esto último que menciono muy típico de los juegos de Sega de esa época, recuerdo jugar muchos otros de esta consola pero ahora mismo no recuerdo los nombres, voy a investigar y a buscar para compartirlos con ustedes en las siguientes semanas.

Now, what brings us here and now is an exquisite game that you surely know, Crazy Taxi of Sega Dreamcast is one of those titles that amused us with madness and it must be recognized that for that time only Grand Theft Auto offered us adventures with cars outdoors but Crazy Taxi did not go so far with violence and only put the spotlight on driving at ease, we must recognize that being a cab driver who goes against time and against all kinds of obstacles was very attractive and "healthy", well, at least it was more than Grand Theft Auto.

It was in 2000 that this game was released by Hitmaker and the first impressions after playing it after many years is that the graphics are very good, the truth was expecting something a little more pixelated but it was a pleasant surprise to play a very crisp juice with very intense colors, the latter I mention very typical of Sega games of that time, I remember playing many others of this console but right now I do not remember the names, I will investigate and search to share them with you in the following weeks.

La modalidad de juego que seleccioné fue "Arcade", quise enfocarme en lo mas simple y puro del juego para mostrarles la esencia, dentro del Arcade hay cuatro subcategorías de las cuales seleccioné "Play by arcade rules" que básicamente va de realizar las labores de un taxista con un tiempo estimado que va a depender de la distancia o el destino del pasajero. La verdad creo que no me fue tan mal en este primer intento pero por supuesto no fue la mejor demostración que podía dar, me costó un poco adaptarme a los controles.

The game mode I selected was "Arcade", I wanted to focus on the simplest and purest of the game to show you the essence, within the Arcade there are four subcategories of which I selected "Play by arcade rules" which basically is to perform the tasks of a cab driver with an estimated time that will depend on the distance or destination of the passenger. The truth is that I think I did not do so bad in this first attempt but of course it was not the best demonstration I could give, it took me a while to adapt to the controls.

Hay cuatro personajes disponibles para seleccionar, muy pintorescos por cierto, en primera instancia seleccioné a Axel quien recuerdo era el que más usaba y luego me di cuenta del porqué, resulta que el auto se siente mas rápido que el segundo personaje que seleccioné luego de la primera demostración, el auto de Gena se sintió un poco mas pesado y difícil de maniobrar.

There are four characters available to select from, very colorful indeed, in the first instance I selected Axel who I remember was the one I used the most and then I realized why, turns out the car feels faster than the second character I selected after the first demo, Gena's car felt a bit heavier and harder to maneuver.

Me quedo con la impresión de un juego muy bueno, frenético y divertido que de seguro jugando con dedicación y empeño puede bridarnos muy buenas horas de distracción.
