One of the things that clearly remind us of the Saint Seiya anime is the Galaxy War saga. The first battles we saw were there and from my point of view were the bloodiest and most violent, then, this aspect was changing over time and they were progressively censoring it. It's hard not to remember the fight between Seiya and Shiryu, in fact I think I was traumatized as a child when I saw such crudity and so much blood.

Una de las cosas que nos hacen recordar claramente el anime de Saint Seiya es la saga del Torneo Galáctico. Las primeras batallas que vimos fueron allí y desde mi punto de vista fueron las más sangrientas y violentas, luego, éste aspecto fue cambiando con el tiempo y lo fueron censurando progresivamente. Es difícil no recordar la pelea entre Seiya y Shiryu, de hecho creo que de niño quedé traumado al ver tal crudeza y tal cantidad de sangre.

So with this post I seek to replicate a tournament that as far as I know was not replicated in any other saga since after the Galaxy War the plot focused on the 12 houses and the battles against the gods. The game Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul, gives us the opportunity to select various modes of battles in addition to giving us the option to select any character that is already unlocked.

Así que con este post busco replicar un torneo que hasta donde sé no se replicó en ninguna otra saga ya que luego del Torneo Galáctico la trama se centró en las 12 casas y en las batallas contra los dioses. El juego Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul, nos brinda la oportunidad de seleccionar varias modalidades de batallas además de darnos la opción de seleccionar cualquier personaje que ya esté desbloqueado.

To make things a little different, I chose one of the warrior gods of Asgard. This may be a bit odd since the galactic tournament was only between bronze knights, but I thought it was fun to include Bud of Alcor to see an unconventional side. The first battle was against Shiryū of Dragon and from there the picture looked promising as I was predicting Saiya of Pegasus and probably Ikki of Phoenix as the next opponents in the finals.

Para hacer las cosas un poco diferentes, elegí a uno de los dioses guerreros de Asgard. Esto puede ser un poco raro ya que el torneo galáctico fue solo entre caballeros de bronce, pero me pareció divertido incluir a Bud de Alcor para ver una cara poco convencional. La primera batalla fue contra Shiryū de Dragón y a partir de allí el cuadro lucía prometedor ya que auguraba como próximos rivales a Saiya de Pegaso y probablemente Ikki de Fenix en la final.
