I recently saw that you created this interesting community, which I saw on @cvnuitter's Twitter feed, and I think this content ties into this space.

Hace poco vi que crearon esta interesante comunidad, la cual vi en el Twitter de @cvnuitter, y creo que este contenido se vincula con este espacio.

One of the healthiest actions that the human being can do to benefit his health, is the contact with Nature, once you get into it all chemical evils and negative sensations are removed, taking into account that the human being is like a sponge, absorbs all the energy of the matter with which it is linked.

Una de las acciones más saludable que puede hacer el ser humano en beneficio a su salud, es el contacto con la Naturaleza, una vez que te adentras en ella todos males químicos y sensaciones negativas se apartan, tomando en cuenta que el ser humano es como una esponja, absorbe toda energía de la materia con la cual se vincula.

Taking this into account, a group of young artists, we decided to create a space where people can connect with nature and some spaces of the body arts, such as fabric, the Lira, yoga and stretching.

Tomando en cuenta esto, un grupo de jóvenes artistas, decidimos crear un espacio donde las personas se puedan vincular con la naturaleza y algunos espacios de las artes corporales, como la tela, la Lira, el yoga y los estiramientos.

We decided to create this space in the plaza of Cumbres de Curumo, a place perfectly suited for this activity where we seek that vitamin and strength that give us the true oxygen of these trees and at the same time put into practice, the technique and the strength of the inner child through the arts.

Este espacio lo decidimos crear en la plaza de Cumbres de Curumo, un lugar perfectamente adecuado para realizar esta actividad donde buscamos esa vitamina y fuerza que nos dan el verdadero oxigeno de estos arboles y al mismo tiempo poner en practica, la técnica y la fuerza del niño interno a través de las artes.

The most beautiful thing about this experience was to be able to give joy to the little ones who came with their mothers, taking into account that we want this activity to be totally family-oriented, so special techniques were prepared for the little ones of the house.

Lo más hermoso de esta experiencia fue poder darle alegría a las más pequeñas que llegaron con su madre, tomando en cuenta que deseamos que esta actividad sea totalmente familiar, por lo cual se prepararon técnica especial para las más pequeñas de la casa.

The second group of people is for the young people, who were very encouraged to dare to climb on the canvases. It is very nice to know that these activities were needed in this place, and this we can notice with the attendance of the youth, really this situation encourages us a lot.

El segundo grupo de personas es para los jóvenes, quienes asistieron muy animados, para atreverse a subir a las telas. Es muy agradable saber que estas actividades hacían falta en este lugar, y esto lo podemos notar con la asistencia de la juventud, de verdad que esta situación nos anima muchísimo.

Last group, we met with the adult women, who enjoyed as they have no idea, they never thought their body was capable of so much. For which they thanked us very much, being very encouraged to attend the next classes.

Por último grupo, nos encontramos con las mujeres adultas, quienes gozaron como no tienen idea, nunca pensaron que su cuerpo fuera capaz de tanto. Por lo cual nos agradecieron muchísimo, quedando muy animadas para asistir en las próximas clases.

After the aerials, they enjoyed learning how to work as a team to find a better body posture.

Después de los aéreos, toco ka clase de Yoga en pareja, técnica que les encanto, disfrutaron mucho aprender a trabajar en equipo en para encontrar una mejor postura corporal.

Finally they worked on stretching, which helped them to enter a point of calm and body relaxation, at the end of the video you can see and hear the gratitude they gave us through applause.

Por ultimo se trabajaron los estiramientos, lo cual les ayudo entrar en un punto de calma y relajación corporal, al final del video podrán observar y escuchar el agradecimiento que nos dieron a través de los aplausos.
