Greetings friends dancers of Hive, I hope you are very well, today I come to share this video of contemporary dance training, a space of corporal study where I investigate in the recognition of the body, studies of the impulse from the corporal extremities with different exercises, and finally, I dedicated myself to the improvisation, it is worth noting that in the process I was accompanied by my nieces Gabrielis and Richell, with nothing more to say today I share with you part of my study in the dance.

Saludos amigos danzarines de Hive, espero que estén muy bien, hoy les vengo a compartir este video de entrenamiento de danza contemporánea, un espacio de estudio corporal donde indago en el reconocimiento del cuerpo, estudios del impulso desde las extremidades corporales con diferentes ejercicios, y por último, me dedique a la improvisación, vale destacar que en el proceso me llegaron a acompañar mis sobrinas Gabrielis y Richell, sin más nada que decir hoy comparto con ustedes parte de mi estudio en la danza.
