Homemade Ice Cream rolls are pretty easy to make, although they can be a bit tricky at times, but I have some great trouble shooting tips that I give in the video to help you make them. Ice Cream Rolls originated in Thailand, and over there they call them "stir fried ice cream." Some day I will visit there and try real "Thai" Ice cream rolls, but for now I will make them at home.
