In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt, I will show you how to make spring rolls. I had a request to make them, so here we go. Spring rolls are super healthy and very easy to make. They are also very versatile, there are so many different ingredients that you can put in them. What are some of your favorite ingredients?
Ingredients:
Rice paper
Lettuce
Mint
Cilantro
Purple cabbage
Carrots
Cucumber
Shrimp
Peanut Sauce:
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of honey
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
