Easy Homemade Vanilla Pudding

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make vanilla pudding. This homemade vanilla pudding recipe is easy to make and made from scratch. While I still like the instant pudding from the store, homemade is so much better. If I can do it you can do it, let's get started!

Ingredients:
2 cups of milk (whole, 2%, 1%) (500ml)
1/2 cup white granulated sugar (100g)
3 Tbsp. of cornstarch (23g)
1/4 tsp. of salt (1g)
1 Tbsp. of butter (14g)
1 tsp. of vanilla extract (5ml)
