Easy Lemon Honey Tea

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I am going to show you how to make my favorite cold remedy, Lemon and Honey Tea. This recipe is easy to make and all natural. I am feeling a bit under the weather and don't have much energy to make a cooking or baking episode today, so I thought I would make this instead. Very few ingredients, if I can make it, you can make it, let's get started.

Ingredients:
Hot water (8 to 12 ounces)
juice from half of a lemon
1 to 3 tsp. of honey (doesn't have to be exact, just put some in and taste it. :))
1 Echinacea capsule (optional ingredient)
