I was getting so frustrated...another interaction that freeze the game! goodgrief I was about to ask(and I still do) how to get a game at least not in a frozen state that need reboot due to collision detection, wich I think was the problem as seen here in this video
But then with a little trial and error the solution come up and instead of instantly creating the Cheeseblock that share all the main proprieties with the ground parent It will create first an animation that give the vertical speed to the player without the collision problems and when the animation end it destroy itself and create the real Cheeseblock that now cannot get the player stuck anymore while falling(it probably there is still a chanche that it will do it but after some try it didn't show up again)
