Handling over projects and ending my regime with appreciation

One year has come to an end all of a sudden. Just like yesterday, I started the service. It has been a wonderful year.
Well, there's nothing that you start and will not finish. First, I appreciate the fact that I'm able to come this far. And I have achieved a lot during my regime.
Well, talking about my regime and my year of service, it is something I will not forget about.

My first experience is about leadership. If you are not ready to be a leader, it is better not to be one. During my regime, I was surrendered with lots of ladies as my EXCOs. I have three males and five ladies as my EXCOs. It's definitely a worthy experience because it's never easy to deal with the ladies.
So many times I have to calm down and listen to each and every one of them talk and think about what to say. One will want me to favor her, and the other will want the same thing. And if you favor one, the matter will not finish in time. I come down so low for everyone on the CDs so that I can control them all. We all know that the most difficult thing to control is human beings.

The second thing I learned is confidence and patience. I have so much confidence in talking to everyone, regardless of who you are. And also gain more confidence in myself; apart from that, I have lots of patience for everyone because I need it. We have different people, and some can be so annoying sometimes. As a leader, you must be really patient with everyone. It's better to listen before you talk than to talk before you listen.
Listen hears. As a leader, I learned to listen to everyone. Regardless of who you are, I must listen and make sure I solve your problems first. My members are my priority, so I need to be there for them at any time.

All these are what I learned during my service year, and I'm so happy I could end my regime so well. I've got awesome members and EXCOs, and I appreciate that all the time. Since my regime is done, the next thing to do is to hand it over to someone else. As usual, we did our normal voting using the normal protocol, and my vice president emerged as the current leader. I wish her all the best.
Furthermore, we did the project; it's necessary to do projects all the time, and we handed the project to the supervisor. He appreciates us and wishes us well.
