On a weekly time frame, it can be seen that after every mega crash, Bitcoin breaks down the Ichimoku cloud and touches the weekly 200 simple moving average and after testing this SMA it starts the next mega bull run. This time BTC has again broken down the weekly Ichimoku cloud but there is strong support of the falling wedge and $28600, therefore, this time it is possible that without testing the weekly 200 SMA Bitcoin will start the next bull run.
