Hola mi comunidad de @amazingdrinks, tenía muchísimo tiempo sin compartirles contenido por aquí, me han estado sucediendo muchísimas cosas familiares y no he tenido el tiempo para prepararles una buena y rica bebida. Pero como nunca es tarde para volver a tu casa, aquí estoy de regreso. A mí mamá le acaban de diagnosticar cáncer de piel y su especialista le indico muchas bebidas para ingerir, entres ellas está que les presentaré.

En esta oportunidad les traigo una bebida a base de cáscara de piña y pepino.

• Beneficios de la piña: está es excelente para desinflamar, es maravillosa cuando estamos pasando por alguna cirugía, es genial para mejorar los problemas de ansiedad y estrés, es diurético, es rica en fibra y nos proporciona gran cantidad de vitaminas entre ellas, la mas importante la C.

• Beneficios del pepino: este vegetal nos proporciona vitamina c y de la clase b, probióticos, fibra, es antiflamatorio, antioxidante, ayuda a mejorar la digestión, protege el corazón y por ende a los que tienen problemas de hipertensión, ayuda al sistema inmunitario y a las personas con cáncer.
