Saludos a todos los Hivers y a mis queridos amigos/compañeros de la comunidad SWC Yo soy Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) ¿cómo están? Espero que estén muy bien. Estoy activándome nuevamente con las rutinas acá en Hive y la Comunidad, ya que se me ha complicado mucho por el almacenamiento de mi teléfono. El día de hoy les quiero compartir esta pequeña serie de estiramientos que he estado realizando a partir de esta semana, ya que tengo un dolor muy muy fuerte en mi pierna derecha, y para no perder al 100% mi flexibilidad en esa pierna, he estado realizando estos estiramientos. I'm getting active again with the routines here in Hive and the Community, since it has been very complicated for me due to the storage of my phone.
