@milagroscdlrr] how are you? I hope you are very well. Here I come to share with you these conditioning exercises for the V-sit. As I mentioned previously in one of my posts, the V-sit is an excellent Calisthenics exercise, which in addition to strengthening our abs and back, also allows us to get more strength in the triceps, as we will be working in an isometric way with it. It is important to have good flexibility, as when performing the complete movement with straight legs the hamstrings will stretch quite a lot, while at the beginning of the progression with bent legs this flexibility requirement disappears. Without further ado, here are the exercises that helped me a lot to progress in my V-Sit.
