¿Sigan al Líder? | Follow the leader?

Este es un video cuyas palabras se aplican a cualquier ámbito de la vida. Anteriormente he hablado un poco sobre el liderazgo y en mi discurso abordo, con preocupación, el puesto que ocupan los líderes del mundo y lo poco que investigamos sobre ellos.

El liderazgo bueno es aquel que ejerce una persona desde los cimientos, ocurre cuando alguien acciona de forma visible su prolija conducta como ejemplo ante otros y existen ejemplos en lo éconómico, en lo moral, en lo político, en lo deportivo y en otros muchos ámbitos. Hay líderes que nacen, otros se forman y existen aquellos a los que les toca ser líderes.

Al final, existe una similitud entre esta palabra y lo que hacen los políticos, quienes entre discursos y promesas, hacen y dicen todo por permanecer en ese poder que le otorgó la elección popular o el designio del elitismo.

Los invito a sembrar buenos liderazgos, después de todo hay personas detrás de ustedes queriéndolos remedar, así que si hacen las cosas bien, todos ganamos. Elevan la conciencia, el altruismo y el verdadero compromiso con las ideas. Que nunca sea solo el dinero lo que conduzca a tu criterio sobre cómo impactar la vida de los demás.

Good leadership is that which is exercised by a person from the foundations, it occurs when someone acts in a visible way their neat behavior as an example to others and there are examples in the economic, moral, political, sporting and many other areas. There are leaders who are born, others are formed and there are those who become leaders.

In the end, there is a similarity between this word and what politicians do, who between speeches and promises, do and say anything to remain in that power granted to them by popular election or the design of elitism.

I invite you to sow good leadership, after all there are people behind you wanting to imitate you, so if you do things right, we all win. Raise the conscience, altruism and true commitment to ideas. Don't let money be the only thing that drives your judgment on how to impact the lives of others.
