Llevaba mucho tiempo que no realizaba un video de este tipo. Quise darle vida a uno de mis escritos que titulé Casual Intrusión y que escribí hace dos años.

Estuve un buen rato leyendo varios de mis poemas y elegí el inicio de este, que a pesar de que el extracto no es parte de la poesía, fue la introducción que explicaba lo mucho que extrañaba a mis viejos.

Estaba negado a hacer este tipo de videos. Lo que pasa es que es sumamente difícil conseguir los respaldos idóneos en las bibliotecas de imágenes libres de derecho de autor que sean capaz de contar la historia que escribiste.

Si a eso sumamos el don y defecto que es el perfeccionismo, eso significa muchas horas editando hasta hallar todos los elementos que hagan que el clip, por corto que sea, cause alguna controversia.

En este caso, me demoré siete horas editándolo luego de buscar todos los recursos, porque a mí me gusta darle la identidad de una película, de un tráiler, donde no sólo estás agregando videos porque se ven bonitos o son espectaculares, sino que tienes una línea de tiempo que es capaz de darle una identidad visual a tu trabajo.

Además de ello, hay que conseguir los sonidos precisos que ambienten lo que vemos y eso tampoco es tan fácil de conseguir. Luego tienes que colocar cada efecto en su lugar debido y con el volumen necesario para que capte la atención del espectador.

La guinda del pastel es que ubiques la pieza musical que calce con todo lo que has sumado al video, para que que todo esté en armonía, de acuerdo a tu subjetividad de lo que es una producción que pueda llamar la atención.

debo decir que tras escuchar el resultado con audífonos, y ver la secuencia completa de este #shorts de 53 segundos, quede muy satisfecho de cómo se oye y cómo se ve este clip.

It had been a long time since I had made a video of this kind. I wanted to give life to one of my writings that I titled Casual Intrusion and that I wrote two years ago.

I spent a long time reading several of my poems and I chose the beginning of this one, which even though the excerpt is not part of the poem, it was the introduction explaining how much I missed my parents.

It was a bit of a refusal to do this kind of video. The thing is that it is very difficult to get the right backups in the libraries of royalty free images that are able to tell the story you wrote.

If we add to that the gift and flaw that is perfectionism, that means many hours of editing to find all the elements that will make the clip, however short, cause some controversy.

In this case, I spent seven hours editing it after looking for all the resources, because I like to give it the identity of a movie, of a trailer, where you are not only adding videos because they look beautiful or are spectacular, but you have a timeline that is able to give a visual identity to your work.

Besides that, you have to get the precise sounds that set the mood of what we see and that's not so easy to achieve either. Then you have to place each effect in its proper place and with the necessary volume to capture the viewer's attention.

The icing on the cake is to place the musical piece that fits with everything you have added to the video, so that everything is in harmony, according to your subjectivity of what is a production that can draw attention.

I must say that after listening to the result with headphones, and watching the whole sequence of this #shorts of 53 seconds, I was very satisfied with how this clip sounds and looks.
