Los primeros meses del año, en especial enero, suelen ser períodos donde me pongo a reflexionar sobre cómo voy a vivir la vida, especialmente haciendo cambios que signifiquen mejorar como persona y estar más tranquilo con mi entorno.

Hace días me vino esta idea que me sirvió de reflexión, la metáfora es perfecta para aprender a apreciar mucho más nuestro presente. Visto de esta manera, la palabra hoy adquiere un peso más relevante a la hora de realmente vivir la vida.

The first months of the year, especially January, are usually periods where I start to reflect on how I am going to live life, especially making changes that mean improving as a person as well as being more at peace with my environment.

A few days ago I came up with this idea that served me as a reflection, the metaphor is perfect to learn to appreciate our present much more. Seen in this way, the word today acquires a more relevant weight when we really live life.
