Hola Amigos de Geek Zone ¿Cómo están? Espero que estén super bien y sean bienvenidos a una nueva publicación hecha por mí. Hoy es un lunes feliz porque vamos a estar iniciando una nueva partida en un juego de Pokémon, así es. Pokémon es una saga que todos hemos jugado alguna vez, es una de las franquicias más vendidas y universales del mundo tanto para los niños como para los adultos de hoy en día.

Pokémon tiene muchos videojuegos en el mercado, pero los juegos que salieron para la consola de la Gamecube son diferentes, estos juegos de Pokémon tienen una particularidad es que tenemos un modo historia donde tenemos que rescatar a los pokemones que son corruptos y purificarlos.

En Gamecube salieron dos videojuegos de Pokémon, el “Pokémon XD” que ese juego lo jugué muchas veces cuando era pequeño, y el otro es su precuela el Pokémon Colosseum. En este último nos vamos a centrar porque es un juego de Pokémon que jamás he jugado y siempre lo he querido jugar más que todo por la historia que revela cosas importantes para el siguiente juego.

Bueno hoy vamos a iniciar con este maravilloso juego, vamos a crear una partida donde podemos nombrar a nuestro personaje, en mi caso llamé a mi personaje Mclaren como mi nombre de usuario en Hive.

Nuestro protagonista es un ex miembro del equipo cepo que digamos es una banda criminal dentro de este universo Pokémon, a su vez juzgando un poco su cara y su rostro podemos decir que somos unos mercenarios que robamos a la gente rica para dársela a los pobres jaja. Como lo vemos en la cinemática al principio del juego nuestro objetivo es robarnos un artefacto que se llama cepo-ball una cosa que parece un brazo robótico, este brazo contiene dos pokemones, Umbreon y Espeon dos evoluciones de Eevee que representan la noche y el día respectivamente.

Nos robamos el artefacto y acto seguido nos vamos a una especie de Bar en un tren abandonado en medio del desierto, si interactuamos con los alrededores podeos darnos cuenta que hay un camión con un saco que mueve, cuando nos acercamos aparecen dos señores que se llevan la camión, luego hablamos con la gente del bar y encontramos a un hombre que quiere luchar contra nosotros en nuestra primera batalla Pokémon, en mi equipo tengo a Umbreon y Espeon, me dieron un equipazo nada más al empezar el juego.

Por otro lado, una de las principales características que tiene este juego en la forma de hacer las batallas, las batallas Pokémon se juegan con dos pokemones en vez de usar a sólo uno, esto me perece muy interesante porque parece un PRG de antaño donde podemos combinar los turnos de cada Pokemon a nuestro antojo, para mí es una mecánica que le da mucho más dinamismo a las batallas y no son tan simples, tienes que saber usar tu pokemones para elaborar una estrategia y así poder ganar y naturalmente poder seguir avanzando en el juego.

Esta batalla fue muy fácil, el chico nos dice que tenemos que ir a ciudad oasis para disputar un torneo, al llegar a dicha ciudad nos encontramos con los mismos señores con el camión que vimos antes y con el saco que se movía, estos hombres al parecer son criminales y nos retan a una batalla, la batalla fue bastante fácil también jaja, los vecemos, salen corriendo y en el saco se encontrar una chica que estaba siendo secuestrada.

La chica la llamé Luna y ella nos dice que algo terrible está pasando con los pokemones, corrupción, maldad, enfermedad, esas fueron las palabras clave, así que una señora que salió de la nada nos dice que vayamos hablar con el alcalde. Lo más curioso de todo es que en la casa del alcalde sale un tipo muy parecido a Sephirot de Final Fantasy 7 jaja, este sujeto muy extraño con ojos rojos y una falda nos dice que parecemos valiosos, algo me dice que este es el malo del juego, pero de verdad que sujeto tan raro.

Hablamos con el alcalde y nos dice que el se va a encargar de todo (como todo político). En este vídeo en total jugué como tres batallas de las cuales ninguna me hizo sudar, pues claro en este juego empezamos con Umbreon y Espeon para mí dos de las mejores evoluciones de Eevee, en el siguiente vídeo veremos si podemos participar en el torneo.

Pokémon is a saga that we all have played at some time, it is one of the best-selling and universal franchises in the world for both children and adults today.

Pokémon has many video games on the market, but the games that came out for the Gamecube console are different, these Pokémon games have particularity is that we have a story mode where we have to rescue the Pokemon that are corrupted and purify them.

In Gamecube, two Pokémon video games came out, the "Pokémon XD" game I played many times when I was little, and the other its prequel the Pokémon Colosseum. We are going to focus on this last one because it is a Pokémon game that I have never played and I have always wanted to play it mostly because of the story that reveals important things for the next game.

Well, today we are going to start with this wonderful game, we are going to create a game where we can name our character, in my case I called my character Mclaren as my username in Hive.

Our protagonist is a former member of the Cepo team which we say is a criminal gang within this Pokémon universe, in turn judging a little his face and his face we can say that we are mercenaries who steal from rich people to give it to the poor haha. As we see in the cinematic at the beginning of the game our goal is to steal an artifact called capo-ball a thing that looks like a robotic arm, this arm contains two Pokemon, Umbreon and Espeon two evolutions of Eevee representing the night and day respectively.

We steal the artifact and then we go to a kind of bar in an abandoned train in the middle of the desert, if we interact with the surroundings we realize that there is a truck with a sack that moves when we approach two gentlemen who take the truck appear, then we talk to the people of the bar and find a man who wants to fight us in our first Pokémon battle, in my team I have Umbreon and Espeon, they gave me a great team just to start the game.

On the other hand, one of the main features of this game is the way of doing the battles, the Pokémon battles are played with two Pokémon instead of using only one, this seems very interesting to me because it seems like a PRG of yesteryear where we can combine the turns of each Pokémon at will, for me it is a mechanic that gives much more dynamism to the battles and they are not so simple, you have to know how to use your Pokémon to develop a strategy to win and naturally be able to continue advancing in the game.

This battle was very easy, the boy told us that we had to go to oasis city to play a tournament, when we arrived at the city we found the same men with the truck that we saw before and with the sack that moved, these men are criminals and challenge us to a battle, the battle was pretty easy too haha, we see them, they run away and in the sack, we find a girl who was being kidnapped.

Girl I called Luna and she told us that something terrible was happening with the Pokemon, corruption, evil, and disease, those were the key words, so a lady who came out of nowhere told us to go talk to the mayor. The most curious of all is that in the mayor's house comes out a guy very similar to Sephirot from Final Fantasy 7 haha, this very strange guy with red eyes and a skirt tells us that we look valuable, something tells me that this is the bad guy of the game, but really what a weird guy.

In this video in total I played about three battles of which none made me sweat, because of course in this game we start with Umbreon and Espeon for me two of the best evolutions of Eevee, in the next video we will see if we can participate in the tournament.
