Hola Amigos de Geek Zone ¿Cómo están? Espero que estén super bien y sean bienvenidos a una nueva publicación hecha por mí. Hoy les traigo un nuevo vídeo de Star Fox 64 claro que sí, ¿El mejor Star Fox de la saga? Debate para otra ocasión. La semana pasada, bueno mejor dicho hace 15 días les traje la cuarta misión de esta serie, la cual fue defender una pirámide de una nave especial alienígena.
Hoy toca una misión con la misma temática, es decir, defender una base de los malos y si explota “fracasamos” y si logramos salvarla pues ganamos, la particularidad es que el planeta que nos toca es un planeta de bioma nevado y se hace llamar Fichina, esta es una de las misiones donde siempre me quedaba trabado y perdía todas las vidas, pero también la considero mi misión favorita del juego por varios motivos.
El objetivo de la misión es encontrar una bomba en la base de operaciones del planeta de nieve, el único problema es que las computadoras que identifican donde está la bomba tienen Windows 95 o algo así si se tardan mucho en encontrar la bomba, entonces por mientras tendremos que adentrarnos en un campo de batalla luchando contra los criminales que salen de la misma, ya que tomaron al personal como rehenes.
Una vez encontrada la bomba ROB (el simpático robot que opera la nave de Star Fox) nos lanza un mensaje diciendo que la bomba fue encontrada dentro de la base y que será activada pronto. Sin embargo, va a ocurrir un hecho inesperado y aquí va la razón principal por la cual esta misión me gusta tanto y es por el debut del equipo rival de Star Fox: Star Wolf.
Para el que no conozca tanto la saga y el lore de la historia de Star Fox tanto como yo les explico que Star Wolf es la versión mala de Star Fox, son criminales que hacen las cosas sólo por dinero (obvio) no importa si tienen que asesinar a alguien con tal de cumplir su objetivo.
Este equipo de matones está conformado por Pigma personaje que formó parte del equipo Star Fox cuando James (padre de Fox) estaba vivo y es el principal responsable por la muerte del mismo al traicionarlo, luego tenemos a Andrew o Andrés como le digo yo que es sobrino de Andros (malo del juego), después tenemos a León que es valga la redundancia un camaleón y es mi personaje favorito de Star Wolf y el líder es nada más ni nada menos que Wolf cuya rivalidad con Fox se debe a distintas disparidades que sucedieron durante su época en la academia de pilotos de Corneria.
Esa última historia es larguísima, así que no la contaré hoy, lo que si puedo contar es que el objetivo de Star Wolf en la misión matarnos. El segundo motivo por la cual Fichina es mi misión favorita de Star Fox 64 sería que la misión es un todos contra todos, recuerdo que cuando era pequeño me encanta seleccionar esta misión para destruirlos a todos, aparte la IA de las naves de Star Wolf no era muy buena y cada tanto se estrellaban contra un muro y morían y eso me daba mucha risa de niño.
Por otro lado, al igual que en el capítulo anterior, tenemos dos opciones, dejar que la base explote o bien enfrentarse al equipo de Star Wolf y desactivar la bomba, si elegimos la primera opción el camino nos llevará a Lylat Star mientras que si decidimos salvar la base el camino nos llevará al Sector X (misión que tiene un lore interesante dentro de la trama del juego), como soy muy buena persona voy a hacer los dos finales, primero el triste y luego el feliz para finalizar el vídeo de buena manera.
La misión de Fichina en sí es muy fácil, más aún si tienes los lásers azules que hacen una cantidad de daño brutal, pero si no sabes que hacer puede que la termines perdiendo, de hecho, en el Gameplay Slippy tenía la vida completa y “sin querer” le disparé dos veces y lo mandé al Hospital jaja.

However, an unexpected event is going to happen, and here is the main reason why I like this mission so much it is because of the debut of Star Fox's rival team: Star Wolf.
For those who don't know as much about the saga and the lore of the Star Fox story as well as I do, Star Wolf is the bad version of Star Fox, they are criminals who do things just for money (obviously) no matter if they have to kill someone to achieve their goal.
This team of thugs is formed by Pigma, a character who was part of the Star Fox team when James (Fox's father) was alive and is the main responsible for his death by betraying him, then we have Andrew or Andrew as I call him who is the nephew of Andros (bad guy of the game), then we have Leon who is a chameleon and is my favorite character of Star Wolf and the leader is nothing more and nothing less than Wolf whose rivalry with Fox is due to various disparities that happened during his time at the academy of Corneria pilots.

On the other hand, as in the previous chapter, we have two options, let the base explode or face the Star Wolf team and defuse the bomb, if we choose the first option the path will take us to Lylat Star while if we decide to save the base the path will take us to Sector X (mission that has an interesting lore within the plot of the game), as I am a very good person I will do the two endings, first the sad and then the happy one to end the video in a good way.
The Fichina mission itself is very easy, even more so if you have the blue lasers that do a brutal amount of damage, but if you don't know what to do you may end up losing it, in fact, in the Gameplay Slippy had full life and "unintentionally" I shot him twice and sent him to the Hospital haha.
