Writing through in the community i was able to carry out some engineering work as a student today and it was really fun, so what is the deal of the day, we were on the field today to carry out different experiment and show result of how it work but before doing that there are some mechanical process which must be done to do that so what experiment did we carry out and what material was used.

We were to carry out an experiment on a maize pod which the seed has been separated and having over 5000 piece of maize pod, we were to remove the seed and separate it from its pod which can't be done with just hand but with a machine, and that is where the combine harvester comes in which can carry out multiple operations so to get almost a tonne of maize seed we have to pack the maize in a sack then start pouring it in the combine harvester machine, the next operation was that the pod has been separated and it is coming out alone beneath without the seed with the help of a blower.

It was my first time of seeing a combined harvester and after the seed has been separated they were shared into a sack through an air extractor which came out over 90 percent efficient and it just took 30 minutes to finish all. Testing of the efficiency of the machine was so nice and well, hope to bring details in the next post.

Escribir a través de la comunidad que fue capaz de llevar a cabo algunos trabajos de ingeniería como estudiante de hoy y fue muy divertido, así que lo que es el trato del día, estábamos en el campo de hoy para llevar a cabo diferentes experimentos y mostrar el resultado de cómo funciona, pero antes de hacer que hay algunos procesos mecánicos que se deben hacer para hacer que lo que el experimento que llevamos a cabo y qué material se utilizó.

Teníamos que llevar a cabo un experimento en una vaina de maíz que la semilla ha sido separada y teniendo más de 5000 piezas de la vaina de maíz, teníamos que quitar la semilla y separarla de su vaina que no se puede hacer sólo con la mano, sino con una máquina, y ahí es donde entra en juego la cosechadora, que puede llevar a cabo múltiples operaciones, así que para obtener casi una tonelada de semilla de maíz tenemos que empaquetar el maíz en un saco y luego empezar a verterlo en la máquina cosechadora, la siguiente operación era que la vaina ha sido separada y está saliendo sola por debajo sin la semilla con la ayuda de un soplador.

Era la primera vez que veía una cosechadora combinada y, una vez separadas las semillas, se introducían en un saco a través de un extractor de aire que tenía una eficacia superior al 90% y sólo tardaba 30 minutos en terminar todo. Prueba de la eficiencia de la máquina era tan agradable y bien, espero traer detalles en el próximo post.
