Introduction to the #hive ecosystem talk at the church Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

For almost three years now I have belonged to this wonderful ecosystem called #hive and although my beginnings in it were full of mistakes, from which I learned much more than you can imagine.

Being totally honest I must say that in many occasions I was about to abandon blockchain, first because I did not know how to handle it and I could not understand it, since I did not have a guide when I started and I was self-taught, then I wanted to give up because I did not receive rewards in my content, and this was what motivated me to study what #hive was, what it was all about, and it was only then when I managed to understand that this incredible ecosystem was much more than getting rewards, it was at that moment when I knew the scope that blockchain can have in our lives, I understood so many things that I did not understand before, and after a while I understood that I had to be a multiplier of the knowledge I had.

That's how I started this journey that I embarked on about (14) months ago, that of teaching new users what I knew about the ecosystem, first I started with my friends who were already in the blockchain but had left for different circumstances, I encouraged them to move forward and many of them returned successfully, and are still active in the ecosystem.

Then I continued my work with people close to my family and friends who want to start in #hive and without realizing it we had planned a small meeting of about (12) people, it was a small conversation that left good fruits since everyone opened their accounts, but I go much further, it's not just about teaching them how to get into the blockchain.

Without realizing it we had already formed a group that we are dedicated to teaching the #hive ecosystem, which we named #lacasitahive, with this team we not only work for the massification of the ecosystem, but we help new hivers with the creation of their accounts, but we do not stop there, as we teach them how to create their posts, everything related to the markdown, plus we follow them so they do not make the mistakes that I did when I started in the ecosystem.

We are focused on working for the massification of the use of the #hive ecosystem so we do not limit ourselves to any group, so when we received the invitation from the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints we did not think about it and gladly accepted, when we arrived at the place we noticed that most of those present were quite excited to start,so without further ado we started the conversation, first we talked to them about cryptocurrencies, followed by that we talked directly about the #hive ecosystem, all its platforms, and how they can become content creators, but we also let them know that #hive is not only to create content, that #hive is much more, we teach them through forums, talks, meetings, discussions, to transcend that web 2.0 and we encourage them to venture into the web 3.0.

We also teach them that in addition to being content creators within the ecosystem, they can use all the benefits it offers, such as the development of applications, digital art, investments, etc.

In my speech I talk to you from my personal experience, I tell you about the mistakes I made in my beginnings, I talk to you about the different existing communities, and how you can and should interact and make community, I talk to you about many topics, but above all I talk about how this ecosystem has made me grow as a person, I tell them how with this blockchain I have discovered myself of certain capabilities that I had and did not know it, I seek to tell them with the utmost sincerity, I seek to make them fall in love with the blockchain as well as I am.

Both myself and the #lacasitahive team are committed to creating quality hivers, who feel committed to blockchain, who can understand it perfectly and who are really motivated to create quality content, I hope to achieve many things through the #lacasitahive project, this time we managed to capture many interested people so we will come back and help them to create their users.

There are many things we are doing with this project, there are many talks scheduled and although we do not have the financial resources, we are willing to move forward with this work, we continue working every day for the massification of the #hive ecosystem, we continue working for the #hiveadoption.

Desde hace ya casi tres años pertenezco a este ecosistema maravilloso llamado #hive y aunque mis inicios en ella estuvieron llenos de errores, de los cuales aprendí, y mucho más de lo que puedan llegar a imaginar.

Siendo totalmente sincera debo decir que en muchas ocasiones estuve a punto de abandonar la blockchain, primero porque no sabía cómo manejarla y no lograba entenderla, ya que no tuve un guía cuando comencé y fui autodidacta, después quise abandonar porque no recibía recompensas en mis contenidos, y fue esto lo que me motivó a estudiar que era #hive, de que se trataba en sí, y fue solo así cuando logré comprender que este ecosistema tan increíble era mucho más que obtener recompensa, fue en ese momento cuando supe el alcance que puede llegar a tener está blockchain en nuestras vidas, entendí tantas cosas que antes no comprendía, y ya pasado un tiempo entendí que debía ser multiplicadora de el conocimiento que tenía.

Así fue como inicie está travesía en la que me embarqué hace aproximadamente (14) meses, esa de enseñarles a los nuevos usuarios lo que yo sabía del ecosistema, primero inicie con mis amigos que ya estaban en la blockchain pero que habían abandonado por diferentes circunstancias, los incentive a seguir adelante y muchos de ellos regresaron con éxito, y aún están activos en el ecosistema.

Luego continúe mi labor con personas allegadas a mis familiares y amigos quienes quieren iniciar en #hive y sin darme cuenta habíamos planeado una pequeña reunión de unas (12) personas, fue un pequeño conversatorio que dejó buenos frutos ya que todos abrieron sus cuentas, pero yo voy mucho más allá, no solo se trata de enseñarles a como entrar en la blockchain.

Sin darnos cuenta ya habíamos formado un grupo que nos dedicamos a la enseñanza del ecosistema #hive, al cual le pusimos por nombre #lacasitahive, con este equipo no solo nos trabajamos por la masificación del ecosistema, sino que les ayudamos a los nuevos hivers con las creaciones de sus cuentas, pero no paramos allí, ya que les enseñamos como crear sus post, todo lo relacionado con el markdown, además de que les hacemos un seguimiento para que no cometan los errores que yo cuando inicie en el ecosistema.

Nosotros estamos enfocados en trabajar por la masificación del uso del ecosistema #hive por lo tanto no nos limitamos a ningún grupo, así que cuando recibimos la invitación de la iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los últimos días no lo pensamos y aceptamos gustosamente, al llegar al lugar pudimos notar que los presentes en su mayoría estaban bastante entusiasmados por iniciar,así que sin más dimos inicio al conversatorio, primero se se les hablo que son las criptomonedas, seguido de eso les hablamos directamente del ecosistema #hive, de todas sus plataformas, y de cómo pueden llegar a convertirse en creadores de contenido, pero también les hacemos saber que #hive no es solo ser crear contenido, que #hive es muchísimo más, les enseñamos a través de foros, charlas, encuentros, conversatorios, a trascender esa web 2.0 y los incentivamos a incursionar en la web 3.0.

También les enseñamos que además de ser creadores de contenido dentro del ecosistema, pueden utilizar todas las bondades que esta ofrece, como el desarrollo de aplicaciones, arte digital, inversiones, etc.

En mi intervención les hablo desde mi experiencia personal, les cuento sobre los errores que cometí en mis inicios, les hablo de las diferentes comunidades existentes, y de cómo pueden y deben interactuar y hacer comunidad, les hablo de muchos temas, pero sobretodo les hablo de cómo este ecosistema me ha hecho crecer como persona, les cuento cómo con esta blockchain me he descubierto a mi misma de ciertas capacidades que tenía y no lo sabía, busco contarles con la mayor de la sinceridad, busco enamorarlos de la blockchain así como lo estoy yo.

Tanto mi persona como el equipo de #lacasitahive estamos empeñados en crear hivers de calidad, que se sientan comprometidos con la blockchain, que puedan entenderla a la perfección y que realmente se motiven a crear contenido de calidad, yo espero lograr muchas cosas a través de el proyecto #lacasitahive, en esta oportunidad se logró captar a muchos interesados por lo que quedamos en regresar y ayudarlos a crear sus usuarios.

Son muchas las cosas que estamos haciendo con este proyecto, quedan muchísimas charlas programadas y aunque no contamos con los recursos económicos, estamos dispuestos a seguir adelante con este trabajo, seguimos día a día trabajando por la masificación del ecosistema #hive, seguimos trabajando por la #hiveadopcion.
