    Hi and welcome, it's been a while since I last shared any content here. I'm sharing a very simple but healthy recipe with you, and most importantly; it's hypoallergenic. Which is something my son needs right now.

    I decided to make him a dessert that didn't require many ingredients and wasn't too difficult to make. I consulted the list of allowed foods and used the pears that my son doesn't like to eat raw.

    The ingredients are basic:

    • 6 pears
    • 4 tablespoons of sugar
    • Water to cover them in the pot
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

    Preparation:

    It's such a simple process that you can watch the video and not miss any details.

    1. Wash the pears very well.
    2. Peel and remove the seeds from the pears
    3. Cut into small pieces, add the sugar and other ingredients in the pot and cook.
    4. Stir occasionally and wait until they are soft.
    5. Remove from heat and let rest.
    6. Blend with the cooking water and serve.

    This recipe is so kind and delicious that it must be replicated with other fruits.

    Saludos y bienvenidos, ya ha pasado un buen de tiempo que no comparto contenido por acá. Les comparto una receta bastante sencilla, pero saludable y sobretodo; es hipoalergénica. Cosa que en este momento mi hijo necesita.

    Decidí hacerle un postre que no requiera muchos elementos y tampoco sea de difícil elaboración. Consulté la lista de alimentos permitidos y use las peras que mi hijo no le gusta tanto comer así directamente.

    Los ingredientes son básicos:

    • 6 peras
    • 4 cucharadas de azúcar
    • Agua hasta cubrirlas en la olla
    • 1 cucharadita de escencia de vainilla

    Preparación:

    Es un procedimiento tan sencillo que puedes ver el vídeo y así no te pierdes detalle alguno.

    1. Lavar las peras muy bien.
    2. Pelar y retirar lles la semillas a las peras
    3. Cortar en trozos pequeños, agregar el azúcar y los demás ingredientes en la olla y poner a cocinar.
    4. Remover de vez en cuando y esperar hasta que estén suaves.
    5. Retirar del fuego y dejar reposar.
    6. Licuar con el agua de cocción y servir.

    Está receta es tan amable y deliciosa que hay que replicarla con otras frutas.

    Espero les guste mi preparación y se animen a hacerlo en casa.
