📹 Hive's Top Model, Reto: Short Creativo (Hive)

Siempre hemos escuchado decir que los estilos de otras épocas vuelven a estar vigentes mucho tiempo después, pero ¿qué tanto tiempo después?

Hace un par de días escuché en un podcast que las tendencias de moda vuelven a repetirse cada unos 20 años y, quizás, esto tiene sentido pues ahora en el 2023 hemos podido notar cómo las tendencias de los 2000's han regresado y es debido a esto que he inspirado mi outift y mi estilismo en la moda Y2K o Year 2000. Mi intención era imitar un poco el estilo de las muñecas Bratz, empleando prendas muy populares en aquellas épocas, como el abrigo furry y las coletas coloridas. Los colores seleccionados para este outfit van en sintonía con los colores característicos del ecosistema Hive. Por su parte, el maquillaje en esta oportunidad consistió en un sutil delineado rojo con negro, pero con los labios cargados de gloss tal y como lo hubiesen hecho las famosas artistas de los 2000's.

La primera parte de este short muestra mucho mi esencia, queriendo plasmar lo que Hive significa para mí desde una de mis expresiones artísticas favoritas: el collage.

We have always heard that fashion is cyclical, that is, the styles of other eras come back to be in force long after, but how long after?

A couple of days ago I heard in a podcast that fashion trends come back every 20 years or so and, perhaps, this makes sense because now in 2023 we have noticed how the trends of the 2000's have returned and it is because of this that I have inspired my outift and my styling in the Y2K or Year 2000 fashion. My intention was to imitate a bit the style of the Bratz dolls, using very popular garments in those times, like the furry coat and the colorful pigtails. The colors selected for this outfit are in tune with the characteristic colors of the Hive ecosystem. On the other hand, the make-up this time consisted of a subtle red and black eyeliner, but with lips loaded with gloss as the famous artists of the 2000's would have done.

The first part of this short shows a lot of my essence, wanting to capture what Hive means to me from one of my favorite artistic expressions: collage.
