✄ [ESP] | [ENG] – Un Tucán en Collage || A Toucan in Collage.

Ya había pasado mucho tiempo desde que no compartía aquí en mi Blog un poco de Arte en Collage. Aunque, si les soy sincera, no me gusta catalogar este pasatiempo mío como arte porque realmente no me considero una artista, más bien me considero como una apasionada por los collages. Al momento de realizar este collage hice algunas breves tomas del procedimiento porque mi intención era elaborar algunos gif pero cuando los estaba editando comencé a unir cada fragmento y lo que terminé fue haciendo un corto vídeo del proceso de elaboración de este collage, así que amigos: ¡este es el primer vídeo que comparto es mi Blog! Lo curioso es que siempre pensé que el primer vídeo que compartiría aquí sería uno sobre comida, pero los planes cambiaron un poco. No soy muy buena en esto de editar vídeos, así que por favor, tengan un poquito de paciencia conmigo.

Pero ahora sí, hablemos un poco acerca de este collage.

Sigo con la temática de elaborar animales, sobretodo aves, básicamente porque siento que tienen un nivel de complejidad un poco elevado. En el caso de las aves lo que más se me suele dificultar un poco son sus alas, a veces se me complica encontrar la forma para darles cierto relieve y que unas plumas puedan distinguirse de otras. Debo admitir que no quedé muy conforme con este collage, hubo algo que no me gustó y ese “algo” tiene que ver con el plumaje. Simplemente no resultó como yo esperaba, pero eso me impulsa a seguir mejorando.

It had been a long time since I had not shared here on my Blog a little bit of Collage Art. Although, if I'm honest, I don't like to categorize this hobby of mine as art because I really don't consider myself an artist, rather I consider myself as a collage enthusiast. At the moment of making this collage I made some brief shots of the procedure because my intention was to elaborate some gifs but when I was editing them I started to join each fragment and what I ended up doing was making a short video of the process of making this collage, so friends: this is the first video I share in my Blog! The funny thing is that I always thought that the first video I would share here would be one about food, but plans changed a little bit. I'm not very good at this video editing thing, so please bear with me a little bit.

But now, let's talk a little bit about this collage.

I continue with the theme of making animals, especially birds, basically because I feel that they have a somewhat high level of complexity. In the case of birds, what I usually find more difficult are their wings, sometimes it is difficult to find the way to give them some relief and that some feathers can be distinguished from others. I must admit that I was not very happy with this collage, there was something I didn't like and that "something" has to do with the plumage. It just didn't turn out as I expected, but that pushes me to keep improving.
