A seamstress friend gave her a cloth mask and that made her want to go for a walk. After much thought we agreed to take her for a walk, although with fear because the pandemic is still strong here where we live.

For us it is a priority to take care of her wellbeing, that is why before leaving I gave her many instructions so that she would not take off her mask, she would not touch her face and we carried enough alcohol gel to keep it sanitized.

During the short walk near our house, we saw a little shop where they sell school supplies and we went in to see what was new there. To our surprise, we found a box with six pots of paint at a very good price and when we saw their enthusiastic face, we didn't hesitate to buy them.

Right there we looked for some brushes but we couldn't find them, we looked in another shop and there weren't any either. Her enthusiasm for the novelty of the paints faded when she saw that she wouldn't have the brushes, so I had an idea. I remembered that at home we have some old toothbrushes, which she herself has stopped using, and I told her : What about painting with the toothbrushes, I have an idea that you're going to love. Ya les he hablado de mi preciosa princesita y su gusto por las artes, ahora está en una etapa de descubrimiento de sus habilidades y yo encantada en darle todas las herramientas que necesite para lograrlo.

Hace unos días salimos a caminar un poco, es la primera vez en cuatro meses que ella salía de casa por todo el asunto de la pandemia. Una amiga costurera le regaló una máscara de tela y eso la entusiasmó a querer salir a caminar un poco. Después de pensarlo mucho accedimos a llevarla a caminar, aunque con temor porque la pandemia aún está fuerte aquí donde vivimos.

Para nosotros es prioridad cuidar de su bienestar, por eso antes de salir le di muchas instrucciones para que no se quitara la máscara, no se tocará la cara y llevamos suficiente alcohol en gel para mantenerla higienizada.

Durante el breve paseo cerca de casa, vimos una tiendita donde venden artículos escolares y entramos a ver que novedad tenían allí. Para nuestra sorpresa encontramos una cajita con seis potes de pinturas a muy buen precio y al ver su carita de entusiasmo no dude en comprarlas.

Allí mismo buscamos unos pinceles pero no conseguimos, buscamos en otra tiendita y tampoco habían. Poco a poco se le fue quitando el entusiasmo por la novedad de las pinturas al ver que no tendría los pinceles, así que tuve una idea, recordé que en casa tenemos unos cepillos de dientes viejos, de los que ella misma ha dejado de usar y le dije : Que tal si pintamos con los cepillos de dientes, tengo una idea que te va a encantar. Y allí su hábil mente empezó a trabajar. Cuando llegamos a casa fue una explosión de creatividad. Aquí les muestro sus obras artísticas. 👆
