Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes algunos de mi estáticos, que son técnicas que un realiza con mucha fuerza usando técnica de tensión y buena postura manteniendo el cuerpo estático por esa razón le llaman estáticos.

- Las técnicas estáticas que hago en el vídeo son bastantes llamativa y difícil de ejecutar entre ellas bandera en parada de mano, back level, bandera humana, parada de mano, front level, full plancha y straddle plancha son estáticos que tiene bastante demanda muscular por esa razón se entrenan de manera progresiva que más adelante estare mostrando con calidad como se realiza todo eso.
- The static techniques that I do in the video are quite striking and difficult to execute including handstand flag, back level, human flag, handstand, handstand, front level, full plancha and straddle plancha are static that have enough muscle demand for that reason are trained in a progressive way that later I will be showing with quality as it is done all that.
