Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes unas combinaciones dinámicas que me salieron en mi día de entrenamiento, fue muy divertido el entrenamiento, las barras donde práctico no son muy cómodas y confiable ya que debajo hay concreto y no amortigua la caída, por lo tanto debemos de tener mucho cuidado y tener dominio de los trucos.

- Fue muy divertido el entrenamiento, los dinámicos es una de las modalidades que más me gusta, fluir en los dinámicos me gusta mucho también hace a una más fuerte y ágil ya que se logra mucho dominio del dinámico y se evita muchas lecciones. Se evitan muchas lecciones porque el atleta que no domina los dinámicos suele a fallar y una caída de un dinámico avanzado puede causar lesiones que te dejaría inactivo por un largo tiempo y no hay algo más deprimente para un Calistenico que sea no poder entrenar, yo recomiendo tener comodidad en las prácticas de dinámicos y buena asistencia.
