De como uso el poder de decision (Subtitles) [ESP-ENG]

Hoy quiero hablarles sobre el poder de la decisión, y es que en nuestras vidas tenemos esa capacidad, especialmente en los momentos más complicados y difíciles, es cuando debemos hacer uso de ella.

Recuerdo que el 20 de diciembre hubo un incendio aquí en el edificio, tuve que hacer uso del poder de decisión, decidir si quedarme aquí y probablemente morir asfixiado o tener que salir a la calle.

Today I want to talk to you about the power of decision, and in our lives we have that capacity, especially in the most complicated and difficult moments, that is when we must make use of it.

I remember that on December 20 there was a fire here in the building, I had to use the power of decision, decide whether to stay here and probably die of suffocation or have to go out into the street.

Estos son momentos en los que uno enfrenta una gran presión, son momentos muy difíciles, y es ahí donde tenemos ese poder de decisión, debemos tener la voluntad y ser valientes para seguir adelante.

Siempre he creído que es mejor enfrentar los problemas, confrontarlos, especialmente para poder resolver cualquier situación en el momento.

These are moments in which one faces great pressure, they are very difficult moments, and that is where we have that power of decision, we must have the will and be brave to move forward.

I have always believed that it is better to face problems, confront them, especially to be able to resolve any situation in the moment.

Por eso creo que debemos decidir las cosas lo más rápido posible, porque de esta manera nos estamos ayudando mutuamente, estamos resolviendo el problema rápidamente y al mismo tiempo estamos tomando una decisión que nos ayudará a resolver el asunto que nos ocupa.

Por lo tanto, es muy importante tener mucha confianza y tener ese poder de decisión para avanzar en nuestras vidas. Siempre apoyo el seguir adelante, ser optimista y a pesar de las dificultades, cuando uno se siente abrumado, tomar un tiempo para respirar, hacer algunas respiraciones, algunas meditaciones, de esta manera estaremos más enfocados, podremos tomar decisiones de una manera más integral, podremos avanzar y podremos salir de esa situación que nos puede abrumar.

That's why I think we should decide things as quickly as possible, because in this way we are helping each other, we are solving the problem quickly and at the same time we are making a decision that will help us resolve the issue at hand.

Therefore, it is very important to have a lot of confidence and have that power of decision to move forward in our lives. I always support moving forward, being optimistic and despite the difficulties, when you feel overwhelmed, taking some time to breathe, do some breathing, some meditations, this way we will be more focused, we will be able to make decisions in a more comprehensive way, we will be able to move forward and we can get out of that situation that can overwhelm us.

Muchas veces creemos que no hay salida, que no hay solución, pero todas estas cosas siempre tienen soluciones, y hay dos actitudes en la vida, si algo no tiene solución, no debes preocuparte, y si tiene una solución, entonces tampoco debes preocuparte.

Así que sé tú mismo, usa tu poder de decisión para seguir adelante.
