Happy Tuesday, dear friends of Open Mic! We enter a new week exploring themes and reflecting and in this week #176, I think we touch a very beautiful one as it is Gratitude, chosen by our friend @ernesto6402.
For me, gratitude is a value rooted in the human essence, which acquires an irreplaceable relevance by reminding us of the importance of not taking everyday treasures for granted. I believe it should be essential to stop and appreciate the blessings that are woven into our days, from small gestures to seemingly insignificant accomplishments, and give thanks for them.
Based on the above, I would like to share with you a song called Mil Gracias from the group Palabra en Acción, which belongs to the album Más que Vencedor from 1991. This song is simple, but at the same time profound, the repetitive melody is a clear example of the importance of recognizing and being thankful for the blessings that enrich our lives, be they big or small, and turning that gratitude into an example of life for those around us.

Parta mí, la gratitud es un valor arraigado en la esencia humana, que adquiere una relevancia insustituible al recordarnos la importancia de no dar por sentado los tesoros cotidianos. Considero que debe ser esencial detenernos y apreciar las bendiciones que se entrelazan en nuestros días, desde los pequeños gestos hasta los logros aparentemente insignificantes y dar gracias por ello.
Basada en lo anterior, les quiero compartir una canción llamada Mil Gracias del grupo Palabra en Acción, que pertenece al álbum más que vencedor del año 1991. Este tema es simple, pero a la vez profundo, la melodía, repetitiva es un claro ejemplo de la importancia de reconocer y agradecer las bendiciones que enriquecen nuestras vidas, sean grandes o pequeñas y convertir ese agradecimiento en un ejemplo de vida para quienes nos rodean.
