¡Feliz sábado, queridos amigos de Hive Food! Es una alegría inmensa para mi compartir nuevamente contenido en esta comunidad para seguir ampliando los capítulos de este espacio que he denominado Probando Cervezas y es que llegamos al número 19. En esta ocasión les invito a viajar junto a mí a España para probar estos dos sabores que nos regala la cervecería Proex: la Möller y la Cantina.

Happy Saturday, dear friends of Hive Food! It is a great joy for me to once again share content in this community to continue expanding the chapters of this space that I have called Tasting Beers and we have reached number 19. This time I invite you to travel with me to Spain to try these two flavors that Proex brewery gives us: The Möller and the Cantina.

En este caso debo confesar que no cocía ninguna de estas dos cervezas y que tampoco había escuchado de ellas, pero las pude conseguir en mi localidad. Sinceramente no han sido de mi total agrado, carecían de sabor, a pesar de que eran de 5 grados de alcohol cada una. He leído comentarios que las cervezas españolas no están en muy buena estima entre algunos catadores, yo la verdad he probado varias y me han gustado, pero estas resultaron ser bastante planas y faltas de sabor.

In this case I must confess that I did not brew either of these two beers and I had not heard of them either, but I was able to get them in my town. Sincerely, I did not like them at all, they lacked flavor, even though they were of 5 degrees of alcohol each. I have read comments that Spanish beers are not in very good esteem among some tasters, I have tried several and liked them, but these turned out to be quite flat and lacking in flavor.

Igual siempre es agradable la experiencia de probar algo nuevo, en este caso algo que no sea agresivo con el paladar y que nos permita abrir el abanico de posibilidades en cuando al maridaje se refiere. Yo particularmente creo que combinaría estas cervezas con comidas que sean fuertes o que tengan carácter, como comidas picantes, para que de esa manera la suavidad de la cerveza pueda ayudar a pasar la comida.

It is always nice to try something new, in this case something that is not aggressive to the palate and that allows us to open the range of possibilities when it comes to pairing. I particularly think I would pair these beers with foods that are strong or have character, such as spicy foods, so that the smoothness of the beer can help the food pass through.
