Greetings, my dear friends at Sound Music! A new month has arrived and with it, a new opportunity to show our talent here on the blockchain, this time paying tribute to women on their day, in union with the friends of WomenTribe.
Women should not only be celebrated in one month, but every day, since their struggle and work is daily and I'm sure that's what communities like WomenTribe have in mind, highlighting their importance in today's society, their influence in all areas and the need to continue working together to achieve a more just and equitable world. As more women have entered different fields and leadership roles, they have demonstrated that they can perform effectively in any job and have contributed significantly to the social, economic and political development of society as a whole.
For proof of the above, we only have to look at the work of great women here in the blockchain and to whom I extend an invitation to participate, such as @mirel0510 @dinaaczib, @zullyscott and many others, who every day with their work, perseverance and dedication, make Hive great.
For this occasion, I present a beautiful song entitled Levántate Amada Mía (Rise Up, My Beloved) performed by the Chilean Catholic singer-songwriter Hermana Glenda, which was released in the album ¿Quién podrá sanarme? From 2009 and I think it is ideal for this month. The song is inspired by the sacred book, the Song of Songs and I think it is a great theme for all those women who for some reason went through adverse circumstances, as a call to reflection that winter always passes and spring comes. I hope you like my version.
If you want to participate in this talent show, here is everything you need to know.
