Un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo queridos lectores y lectoras, #YoSoyMag @magdiel7 y día de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes un poco sobre mis entrenamientos del arte y deporte Flair Bartending, demostrare parte de los movimientos básicos que estoy aprendiendo y que mantengo en práctica para no perder la agilidad y destreza que me permiten ejecutar cada movimiento con más fluidez, además de que explicaré un poco el porque este es uno de mis deportes favoritos.

A warm greeting and a big hug dear readers, #IAmMag @magdiel7 and today I want to share with you all a little about my training in the art and sport Flair Bartending, I will demonstrate some of the basic movements that I am learning and that I keep in practice to not lose the agility and dexterity that allow me to execute each movement with more fluidity, plus I will explain a little why this is one of my favorite sports.

El Flair para mi es mi segundo deporte favorito (el primero es el Voleibol). Este deporte y arte me gusta muchísimo porque me lleva a trabajar y desarrollar muchas habilidades, tanto la destreza, como la agilidad, los reflejos y la concentración, además de que me trabaja zonas musculares como los brazos, esto es debido a los movimientos que se hacen constantemente utilizando las manos, brazos, torso, piernas y hasta los pies.

The Flair for me is my second favourite sport (the first one is Volleyball). I like this sport and art very much because it makes me work and develop many skills, both dexterity, agility, reflexes and concentration, plus it works muscle areas such as arms, this is due to the movements that are made constantly using hands, arms, torso, legs and even feet.

Otra de las razones por la cual me gusta este deporte, es porque va de la mano de mi profesión como ”bartender” y es algo que puedo practicar y mejorar desde casa, además de que no sólo es un deporte, si no que también es un bonito arte el realizar este tipo de movimientos conformados en rutinas y otorgar un servicio de calidad y con mucha elegancia a la clientes, esto me gusta muchísimo ya que me consideró una persona servicio y me agrada mucho el brindar un excelente servicio y con la mejor calidad.

Another reason why I like this sport is because it goes hand in hand with my profession as a ”bartender“ and it is something that I can practice and improve from home, plus it is not only a sport, but also a beautiful art to perform this type of movements in routines and provide a quality service and with great elegance to customers, I really like this because I consider myself a service person and I really like to provide an excellent service and with the best quality.
