    ¿Se puede meditar en mantras teniendo discapacidad auditiva?

    Existe muchos tipos de meditación y una de ellas es el canto de mantras, estos son sonidos o frases que adquiere un sentido espiritual y psicológico. Del Sánscrito se traduce como man (mente) tra (instrumento) puede decirse que es un instrumento mental para calmar las fluctuaciones de los pensamientos; bueno ya aclarado el tema relato mi experiencia y la de dos prácticantes con discapacidad auditiva.
    Hace algunas semanas les comenté sobre una actividad de yoga inclusivo que estaba cubriendo audiovisualmente verdad, pero no pude perder la oportunidad de entrevistar a algunos de los asistentes para comenzar a mirar la discapacidad desde otro punto de vista.
    Realmente el tema de la discapacidad me ha hecho bastante atención, pues tenemos la tecnología, los medios y aún sigue siendo un estigma social; tenemos miedo a no saber cómo actuar pero creo que ese miedo se disipa aprendiendo y preguntando a las mismas personas que las tienen como hacerlo , no es tan difícil con un poco de empatía podemos crear un excelente feedback.
