Nowadays there are solid competition in splinterlands so that is why it is very difficult towin and increase your rating so that now only counter can help you in this situation. I have created counter chart below that will help you to understand counte reasily, if you follow counter fully then you can easily win most of the battles without any trouble.

Before you select the cards you have to check your previous 5 teams of enemy so that you can understand that which cards your enemy using. After that you can make perfect counter startegy. For example, if your enemy using magic attack cards then take THADDIUS BROODsummoner and if your enemy comes with heavy ranged attack cards then take CONTESSA L'AMENT and these two are just examples but there are lots of cards available with void, shiled and many more abilities that you have to use according to your counter strategy.
