Today i show you a new video of the Ganjamaica Festival 2016
from Negril, Jamaica.
Long time ago i already did a post on the festival and there are 2
little videos out on YT/Dtube, but this is a new creation with new scenes.
The audio recording right in front of the stage is distorted because a
Jamaican PA is no joke :p and obviously my smartphone back then had no
audio level adjustment. That's why i concentrated more on the pieces i recorded
from further away.

Protoje Live...

...was one of the main reasons i paid 5000 Jamaican Dollers for that evening,
that was around 40.-€ back then. Still very expensive for Jamaica, no locals could
afford this. Still the line up for that Saturday spoke for itself:
Protoje,Sevana, Richi Spice, Lutan Fyah and more...

The Video...

...starts with the sound check/intro of Protojes Indiggnation band, then
you see me gettin closer to the stage and when the sound distorts i went
into "distance control" creating this video, like a good boxer ;)
From further away with a better sound you hear a talk box solo (sweet!!!)
of Protojes keyboard player before it fades into the last piece from even
further away, i think it's Lutan Fyah...
By that time (around midnight) i touched the 7 Mile Beach already
which provided a nice campfire for the chilly Jamaican night, and the starry sky
above me showed Orion, the Warrior....hmmm..what a coincidence ;)
