The Singing Voice Week 34 - Shifting In Balance

Greetings Hive!!!

Welcome to The Singing Voice Week 34!

As we age we should mature and grow and always be becoming better versions of ourselves. At least that is what I believe. It took me a long time in life to understand the value of always trying to do the right thing in any given situation. My father was always doing this and I did take notice. I always felt like I could never be as good of a person as my Dad, and I still feel like I'm not. I am not who he was and as an adoptee, I'll never have his DNA to speak to me in some involuntary way to inform me of how to be.

But here lately I have been trying to bring myself more into some sort of balanced state as I delve deeper into my 50s and after a rather long session in meditation I came to the conclusion to free myself. That is exactly why I decided to scale back my Hive postings to once a week. I can say I'm pretty pleased with the way this guitar piece came out. I took more time with it and capturing feeling. I called it Shifting In Balance because I feel that is what I had to do. I came to understand and decided to dive into what this music is, which required me to be more relaxed and free during my time off from work.

¡Bienvenidos a La Voz Cantante Semana 34!

A medida que envejecemos, debemos madurar y crecer y convertirnos siempre en mejores versiones de nosotros mismos. Al menos eso es lo que yo creo. Me tomó mucho tiempo en la vida comprender el valor de tratar siempre de hacer lo correcto en cualquier situación. Mi padre siempre estaba haciendo esto y me di cuenta. Siempre sentí que nunca podría ser tan buena persona como mi papá, y todavía siento que no lo soy. Yo no soy quien era y como adoptado, nunca tendré su ADN para hablarme de alguna manera involuntaria para informarme de cómo ser.

Pero últimamente he estado tratando de ponerme más en una especie de estado de equilibrio a medida que profundizo en mis 50 años y después de una sesión bastante larga de meditación llegué a la conclusión de liberarme. Es exactamente por eso que decidí reducir mis publicaciones de Hive a una vez por semana. Puedo decir que estoy bastante satisfecho con la forma en que salió esta pieza de guitarra. Me tomé más tiempo con eso y capturando el sentimiento. Lo llamé Shifting In Balance porque siento que eso es lo que tenía que hacer. Llegué a entender y decidí sumergirme en lo que es esta música, lo que me exigió estar más relajado y libre durante mi tiempo libre en el trabajo.
