Hello Monday! Hello Hive musicians and music lovers!

What are you up to and what’s your plan for this week? As I saw the new topic of Open Mic Week 83, I got so excited. It’s such a beautiful one with lots of things to tell! However, I’m gonna save it for later haha

Today is Monday, a rainy day in Da Nang – Viet Nam ️🌧
I brought my guitar out with my buddy looking for a cozy place to play and sing a few songs. On the way back, we got in a sudden rain and we were running like little ducks. It was such a lovely day that reminded me of a beautiful song by Van Morrison “Brown Eyed Girl”! 👩

Everyone has a childhood, everyone has memories with our buddies, with our first love, with someone we grew up with. When we grow up, everything changes, our awareness changes. We stand at the crossroads, we make decisions to choose which way to go and be responsible for it... And on this endless life journey, one day we run into something that reminds us of the old memories when we were all innocent running and jumping hey hey, in the rain, in the sunlight, under the waterfalls, the first time holding somebody’s hand. Then... maybe doing something sneaky and got caught by parents haha 🙊

Thinking of this just makes me smile all my evening here. While singing this song I imagined myself running barefoot in a garden of green grass and colorful flowers after a rain with birds singing around me. I can’t see the face of the person that I’m with clearly, well maybe I want to keep that secret for myself! Haha 😝
