Last night I had my husband turn off the alarm clock to see if we could just wake up on our own at the same time the alarm is set to go off.
NOPE!
We ended up sleeping an hour past the time the alarm is set to go off.
When we do wake up to the alarm we hit the snooze a couple of times anyway.
These are both unproductive habits that steal time from my day.
Today, I lost 60 minutes and even though I am trying to make up for it I really am not able to get that time back.
So no more hitting the snooze, not even one time.
I will get up when the alarm goes off at 5:30 a.m.
But it isn't going to kill me for one night.
