Positive Thinking Works! But Only If You Show Up and Do the Work!

All of the positive thinking in the world isn't going to do any good at all if you're just sitting around waiting for something good to happen.
You can't wish yourself healthy or successful.
Show up, do the work, and keeping doing a little more and a little better each day and combine that with faith and positive thinking and then you will get the results you want. Most likely not right away but they will come. One thing is for sure. If you do nothing you will get nothing.
