    Hellooo, hellooo! My dear kitchen creatives. My presentation today is about a delicious chickpea cream recipe. This cream is perfect for people who follow a vegetarian diet since it has a high protein level, but it is also ideal for those of us who love to snack between meals, such as pasta with cookies and pita bread, or however you see fit to savor it. At home we eat it as a snack or during those times when you feel like snacking on anything. So I hope you like it.

    ¡Holaaaa, holaaaa! Mis queridos creativos de la cocina. Mi presentación de hoy se trata de una deliciosa receta de crema de garbanzos. Esta crema es perfecta para las personas que hacen dieta vegetariana ya que tiene un al nivel de proteínas pero también es ideal para los que nos encanta picar entre comidas, como pasapalos con galletas y pan de pita, o como mejor te parezca saborearla. En casa la comemos como merienda o en esos ratos que te apetece picar cualquier cosa. Así que espero te guste.



    INGREDIENTS

    • 250 Gr of chickpeas
    • 100 gr of tahini
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 100 ml of olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • To decorate sesame seed and paprika

    INGREDIENTES

    • 250 Gr de garbanzos
    • 100 gr de tahini
    • Zumo de 1 limón
    • 2 dientes de ajo
    • 100 ml de aceite de oliva
    • Sal y pimienta al gusto
    • Para decorar semilla de ajonjolí y paprika

    PREPARATION MODE

    • Add the chickpeas to a pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes or until softened.
    • Once soft, strain and reserve the liquid.

    MODO DE PREPARACIÓN

    • Agregamos los garbanzos en un olla a presión y cocinamos por 10 minutos o hasta ablandar.
    • Una vez blandos colamos y reservamos el líquido.

    Place the chickpeas, lemon juice, pepper, salt, garlic cloves and olive oil and a little of the reserved liquid in the blender or food processor.

    We process and mix constantly with the spatula until we obtain a smooth cream, if necessary we add more liquid.

    Colocamos en la licuadora o procesador de alimentos los garbanzos, el zumo de limón, la pimienta, la sal, los dientes de ajo y el aceite de oliva y un poco del líquido que reservamos.

    Procesamos y vamos mezclando constantemente con la espátula hasta obtener una crema suave, si es necesario agregamos más líquido.

    Once we have the cream without lumps, we add the tahini and process until integrated.
    We remove it from the blender.

    Una vez que tenemos la crema sin grumos agregamos el tahini y procesamos hasta integrar.
    Retiramos del la licuadora.

    We serve in portions and decorate with sesame seeds, olive oil and a little paprika.

    Servimos en porciones y decoramos con semillas de ajonjolí, aceite de oliva y un poco de paprika.
