    ¡Holaaaaaaaaaaaa, mis queridísimos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive!

    Esta es mi primera publicación en mi blog en video, para mí es algo novedoso. Estoy intentando aprender todo lo referente a edición y construcción del mismo. Espero ir mejorando a medida que avanzo.
    El día de hoy les traigo una receta muy práctica y sencilla para disfrutar en un desayuno, merienda o cena. Espero les agrade.

    INGREDIENTES:
    200 gr de harina de trigo
    200 ml de leche
    2 huevos
    100 gr de queso blanco
    2 salchichas
    1/2 cdta de sal
    1/4 cdta de pimienta
    1 cda de orégano
    2 cdas de polvo para hornear
    2 cdas de aceite de oliva
    12 capacillos

    This is my first post on my video blog, for me it is something new. I'm trying to learn everything about editing and building it. I hope to get better as I go.
    Today I bring you a very practical and simple recipe to enjoy for breakfast, snack or dinner. I hope you like it.

    INGREDIENTS:
    200 gr of wheat flour
    200 ml milk
    2 eggs
    100 gr of white cheese
    2 sausages
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp oregano
    2 tbsp baking powder
    2 tbsp olive oil
    12 cups

    PREPARACIÓN

    • Picamos el queso y la salchicha en cuadros pequeños.
    • En un tazón agregamos los huevos, la leche, los condimentos (sal, pimienta y orégano y el aceite de oliva. Mezclamos vigorosamente hasta unificar los ingredientes.
    • A continuación agregamos la mitad de la harina de trigo, luego el polvo para hornear y terminamos con el resto de la harina.
    • Por último agregamos el queso y la salchicha y mezclamos hasta distribuir uniformemente.
    • En una bandeja para magdalenas colocamos los capacillos y rellenamos con la mezcla.
    • Llevamos al horno previamente precalentado a 180ºC por 15 minutos o hasta dorar.
    • Pasado el tiempo de cocción, retiramos del horno y servimos.

    PROCESS

    • We chop the cheese and the sausage into small squares.
    • In a bowl add the eggs, the milk, the seasonings (salt, pepper and oregano and the olive oil. Mix vigorously until the ingredients are unified.
    • Next we add half of the wheat flour, then the baking powder and finish with the rest of the flour.
    • Finally we add the cheese and the sausage and mix until evenly distributed.
    • In a muffin tray we place the cups and fill with the mixture.
    • We take to the oven previously preheated to 180ºC for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    • After the cooking time, remove from the oven and serve.
