What's Your Business Style❓Do you look like (or feel like) you just rolled out of bed when you're conducting yourself in business and with employees and/or clients? Yes, things are way more casual than they were a couple/few decades ago. I'm guilty of working in my PJs when working from home.

And sometimes, I wear PJ bottoms when I'm on camera because I like to be comfortable too if I need to muster up from the well of confidence.

However, when I'm interfacing with the public for a meeting whether it's a video conference or IRL, I (mostly) take the time to groom and choose an outfit that promotes confidence.

This could expand into a brand exercise. Is there something about your wardrobe that speaks to your brand and that you're consistent in wearing? For example, turtlenecks, hats, scarves, bowties, funny T-shirts?

🎯 Goal: Ask yourself if your appearance, attitude, presentation, and work ethic demonstrate respect for your business and are leading an example for employees.

If you don't have employees, does your appearance SUPPORT YOUR BRAND?

🚧 Actionable Item: Recognize respect for yourself and your business when presenting yourself to others who are involved in your business.
