It's been a long time I came on the stage to present a song in the Pukumundo La Voz Cantate event. I've been much of a spectator or commenter on posts from amazing artist rather than an active presenter because of the multiple niches I've been involved with and activities (offline and online). But, today I decided to break the long break...hehehe

Today I'll be presenting a Gospel song by Adrienne Camp titled in Christ alone.

This song speaks so much about the role of Christ in our lives as Christians. Indeed, Christ is our hope, our light, our life, our Salvation and our Solid Rock. In him, we do not be afraid, neither do we lose hope.

In the midst of trials, tribulations, persecutions and agony, He is always there to comfort us and lead us through those trying moments.

He is always ready and willing to help us and to lead us through the stormy sea. However, we need to open ourselves and accept him willingly, so that he will pilot our lives as the great pilot that he is.

Hace mucho tiempo que subí al escenario para presentar una canción en el evento Pukumundo La Voz Cantate. He sido mucho más un espectador o comentarista de los posts de increíbles artistas que un presentador activo debido a los múltiples nichos en los que he estado involucrado y actividades (offline y online). Pero, hoy he decidido romper el largo descanso...jejeje

Hoy voy a presentar una canción gospel de Adrienne Camp titulada in Christ alone.

Esta canción habla mucho del papel de Cristo en nuestras vidas como cristianos. En efecto, Cristo es nuestra esperanza, nuestra luz, nuestra vida, nuestra salvación y nuestra roca sólida. En él, no tenemos miedo, ni perdemos la esperanza.

En medio de las pruebas, las tribulaciones, las persecuciones y la agonía, Él siempre está ahí para consolarnos y guiarnos en esos momentos de prueba.

Él siempre está listo y dispuesto a ayudarnos y a guiarnos a través del mar tormentoso. Sin embargo, tenemos que abrirnos y aceptarlo de buen grado, para que pilote nuestra vida como el gran piloto que es.

So, I will be playing the rock version of this song.

I used a rock beat preset from my Guitar effect. Although I didn't like this particular rock beat, it was the closest to what I had in mind, so I had to increase the tempo and used it that way.

Then I added some Modern Distortion in the sound of the guitar to create a rock feel.

Por lo tanto, voy a tocar la versión de rock de esta canción.

Utilicé un preset de ritmo de rock de mi efecto de guitarra. Aunque no me gustaba este ritmo de rock en particular, era el que más se acercaba a lo que tenía en mente, así que tuve que aumentar el tempo y lo utilicé así.

Luego añadí algo de Distorsión Moderna en el sonido de la guitarra para crear una sensación de rock.
