• Are you currently following your passion or in pursuit of money?
• If money was not an issue, what career path would you go for?

What is that thing you are so much passionate about that if money was not an issue you don't mind doing it? The job you are currently working at, is it the same as your passion? If you have the choice to do anything you want regardless of the pay, what job would you do.
