Dear hivers! Friends of Music Zone! It is a great pleasure to be back at Hive after a couple of weeks of absence and specifically at this wonderful event such as Hive Music Festival, I hope everyone had a happy holiday with their family and loved ones! We started this year full of enthusiasm and desire to make music, as usual and despite the shortcomings nothing stops us in our desire to continue sharing new content, in this case my poor Dulcinea only has 4 strings at the moment, however I tried to get the best out of her in this improvisation. I currently have no income apart from Hive so any "Tip" or extra help that helps me get spare parts (my electric guitar also needs strings, to be able to upload content with it) will be deeply appreciated, come with me! Now I will tell you a little more about the video.

¡Queridos hivers! ¡Amigos y amigas de Music Zone! es un gran placer estar de vuelta en Hive después de unpar de semanas de ausencia y específicamente en este maravilloso evento como lo es Hive Music Festival, ¡espero que todos hayan pasado felices fiestas junto a sus familiares y seres queridos!. Comenzamos este año llenos de entusiasmo y ganas de hacer música, como es habitual y a pesar de las carencias nada nos detiene en nuestro deseo de seguir compartiendo nuevo contenido, en este caso mi pobre Dulcinea sólo cuenta con 4 cuerdas en este momento, sin embargo traté de sacar lo mejor de ella en esta improvisación. Actualmente no tengo ingresos aparte de Hive así que cualquier "Tip" ó ayuda extra que me ayude a conseguir repuestos (mi guitarra eléctrica también necesita cuerdas, para poder subir contenido con ella) será profundamente agradecida, ¡aconpáñenme! ahora les hablaré un poco más sobre el vídeo.

To vary a little this time I bring you a 100% original instrumental improvisation, those who already know me know that I love to improvise, and although many guitarists use tracks or "backing tracks" already made (which is nothing wrong, in fact I also really like to use them to practice) I prefer to record my own accompaniments since it seems more authentic to me. In this case I used my small Yamaha PortaSound keyboard to make the basis of the accompaniment with a relatively simple chord progression and subtle percussion, then in an attempt to make the sound fuller I decided to use the 6th "E" string of the guitar acting as bass on the track, to finally add the lead guitar section with improvised picking and then put everything together in the editor to give the final touches such as the delay to the lead guitar sound and the "fades" to the beginning and end of the video. It was very fun to record this video with only 4 guitar strings, I hope you enjoy it!

Para variar un poco esta vez les traigo una improvisación instrumental 100% original, los que ya me conocen saben que me encanta improvisar, y aunque muchos guitarristas usan pistas o "backing tracks" ya hechos (lo cual no tiene nada de malo, de hecho a mi también me gusta mucho usarlas para practicar) yo prefiero grabar mis propios acompañamientos ya que me parece más auténtico. En este caso usé mi pequeño teclado Yamaha PortaSound para hacer la base del acompañamiento con una progresión de acordes relativamente sencilla y una percusión sutil, luego en un intento de hacer que el sonido sea más completo, decidí usar la cuerda "Mi" 6ta de la guitarra haciendo las veces de bajo en la pista, para finalmente añadir la sección líder de la guitarra con el punteo improvisado y luego juntar todo en el editor para darle los toques finales como el delay al sonido de la guitarra líder y los "fade" al inicio y al final dl vídeo. Fué muy divertido grabar este vídeo con sólo 4 cuerdas de la guitarra ¡espero que lo disfruten!
