Hive Open Mic semana 154 (Comedia musical) || "Oye cantinero" El Tri cover

Al pensar en la temática "comedia musical" fué inevitable para mí recordar algunas de las canciones de la banda mexicana de rock clásico "El Tri" ya que uno de sus sellos característicos como agrupación ha sido en parte su sentido del humor, sus letras irreverentes y actitud rebelde como toda buena banda de rock. La canción que he traído esta semana es un buen ejemplo del toque humorístico de esta banda, ya que nos cuenta una curiosa historia, de un hombre que pide un trago a un "cantinero" este hombre tiene muchas ganas de emborracharse debido a una pena de amor, pero tenemos un sorpresivo final al enterarnos que el "cantinero" no es tal y en realidad es el cuidador en un manicomio dónde reside el protagonista de nuestra canción.

When thinking about the "musical comedy" theme, it was inevitable for me to remember some of the songs by the Mexican classic rock band "El Tri" since one of their hallmarks as a group has been partly their sense of humor, their irreverent lyrics and rebellious attitude like any good rock band. The song that I have brought this week is a good example of the humorous touch of this band, since it tells us a curious story, of a man who asks a "bartender" for a drink, this man really wants to get drunk due to a heartbreak but we have a surprising ending when we find out that the "bartender" is not such and is actually the caretaker in an asylum where the protagonist of our song resides.
