For breakfast make Fusilli with protein balls. A very quick and nutritious breakfast.
To make them first I put the water to boil, once it boiled add the Fusillis; to make the protein balls I used a tablespoon of lentil flour and a tablespoon of wheat gluten, to season it I added turmeric, thyme and salt. And finally a little water to achieve a consistency that allows us to handle the dough without sticking to our hands.
In a separate frying pan I fried some long onion and two cloves of garlic. When they were well fried I added the protein balls to fry them and brown them on both sides, then I added tomato sauce and teriyaki sauce, when this was well incorporated I added the pasta.
Points to highlight: the pasta is gluten free. Made with rice flour, corn and real black quinoa. Raising a little its nutritional value by containing more fiber and protein.
I left the original sound of the video because I thought it was funny and at the same time something real to share it this way.
