Good evening! Darlings today make a quick but delicious lunch.
Pasta with parsley sauce! It is surprising how the food is so versatile, I never imagined making this recipe, it is something new for me.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Vegetable milk
Turmeric
Cumin
Salt
Parsley leaves
preparation:
Bring the spaghetti to a boil, mix the vegetable milk with the spices, remove the water from the spaghetti and put them together with the mixture. If you want them watery or dry, this will depend on the time they are going to be on fire.
Finally, we can use the ingredients that we like the most, for example I used spinach and bananas.
It is a very good idea to add some nuts or nutritional yeast so that the mixture has a greater source of protein. The more colorful the plate the better, this time my plate is not so colorful because the pantry was running out. As a reminder to me 😅 it is very important to be responsible with our nutrition.
