Today I have the opportunity to share this recipe with you
-Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
150g of grated panela (sweetener)
135g oat flour
44g grated vegan chocolate
96g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients:
200g striped carrot
180ml of vegetable milk (oat)
1 teaspoon vanilla
-Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous.
Grease the mold
pour the mixture into the mold
preheat the oven to 180 °C = 356 °F for 1 minute
bake for 20 to 30 minutes
let cool
take to the freezer

Ingredientes secos:
150g de panela rallada
135g de harina de avena
44g de chocolate #vegano rallado
96g cacao en polvo
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio(NaHCO3)
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1 cucharadita de sal
Ingredientes humedos:
200g zanahoria rayada
180ml de leche vegetal(avena)
1 cucharadita de vainilla
-Preparación
Mezclar los ingredientes secos con los ingredientes humedos hasta que la mezcla quede homogenea.
Engrasar el molde
vertir la mezcla en el molde
precalentar el horno a 180°C=356°F durante 1 minuto
llevar al horno por 20 a 30 minutos
dejar enfriar
llevar al congelador
A disfrutar!
