For the sauce:
1 big onion
2 medium carrots
3 garlic
1 handful Basil leaves
3 Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Laurel
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Raw lentils
Bechamel tofu:
200 gr firm tofu
1 cup oat milk
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cassava flour
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Toasted textured soybeans
Lasagne pasta
